I enabled notifications but never get alerts
Check that notifications are allowed for HarCo BrewKing in your device settings, and that alerts are toggled on in the app. "Fresh on Tap" alerts only fire on mornings when new beers appear after the daily ingest.
A tap list looks wrong or outdated
Tap any beer card and use the Report button to flag it. Tap data refreshes twice daily (morning and afternoon), so corrections and new kegs flow in automatically.
I own a brewery — how do I claim my page or fix my info?
Open the claim dashboard from the app and enter your brewery claim code. Once claimed you can correct tap details directly.
How do beer ratings work?
Tap 1–5 stars on any beer. Ratings are anonymous — no account needed — and an average only appears once a beer has at least 3 ratings.
Is the app free?
Yes, completely free. The "Buy me a beer" button is a voluntary tip jar and never required.
